Fresh cream is basically a diary product. We at SC use fresh cream procured out
of buffalo milk. Thereby the color remains whiter than yellow. The disadvantage
is short life span of 2 days and needs refrigeration 2 degree to 5 degree.
Non diary is made out of vegetable oils and emulsifiers. It is much lighter than
diary cream.
Butter cream is made out of a mix of margarine, butter, sugar and flavor or with
migraine alone without any butter to it.
Fresh cream is far superior in quality - but needs careful handling- followed by
Non Dairy and Butter cream.
